Andre Iguodala has two nicknames, Iggy and AI2. Iggy is a reference to his last name, Iguodala. It is of Nigerian origin and can be quite difficult for some people to say. Iggy is a shorter, easier-to-pronounce version. It also sounds kind of cool.
